AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

THE AGREEMENT
This Affiliate Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is provided by the following organization, hereinafter referred to as the "Company": LumineCore Limited, a limited liability company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 466730, with its registered office at Griva Digeni 49, Chrystalla Court, 5th floor, Office 51, 6036 Larnaca, Cyprus. Our primary website is located at the address listed above.

This Agreement is a legal document between you and the Company that governs your participation in the DesireCash Affiliate Program. It describes your rights and responsibilities as an affiliate and our obligations to you. Please read this Agreement carefully. By joining the Affiliate Program, you confirm your acceptance of all terms.

1. DEFINITIONS
Agreement: This Affiliate Agreement, including any amendments, policies, and additional terms incorporated by reference.
Company / We / Us: LumineCore Limited, including employees, officers, and legal representatives.
Affiliate / You: The individual or entity applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program.
Parties: Collectively, the Company and the Affiliate.
Affiliate Program: The DesireCash affiliate program described herein.
Affiliate Application: The application form you must submit for participation in the Affiliate Program.
Website: The Company's primary affiliate platform, www.desire.cash.

2. ASSENT & ACCEPTANCE
By submitting an application to the Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other rules posted on our websites. If you do not agree, you must not apply to or participate in the Affiliate Program.

3. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. By applying, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. PROGRAM SIGN-UP
4.1 To join, you must submit an Affiliate Application via our website.
4.2 Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We may reject applications for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
4.3 If rejected, you may reapply if circumstances change. If accepted, this Agreement immediately applies.

5. NON-EXCLUSIVITY
This Agreement does not establish exclusivity. Both Parties are free to enter into similar relationships with other partners.

6. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
6.1 After acceptance, you must complete your account setup, including payout details.
6.2 We will provide you with affiliate tracking links ("Affiliate Links"). You agree to use them only as approved.
6.3 Prohibited: cookie stuffing, cloaking, false redirects, or automated/bot traffic.
6.4 All promotional materials referencing DesireCash must be approved by us.
6.5 Qualified Clicks and Qualified Purchases will generate commission according to the scheme below.

Commission Structure
Revenue Share: 25% lifetime revenue share from referred users.
CPA: Available individually, upon agreement.
Referral Bonus: 5% of the earnings of affiliates you directly refer.

7. SPECIFIC TERMS
7.1 We reserve the right to validate all clicks, sign-ups, and purchases. Fraudulent or non-compliant traffic will not be paid.
7.2 Qualified Clicks must:
arrive via your approved Affiliate Links,
be generated by genuine human users,
not originate from bots, scripts, or incentivized clicks.
7.3 Qualified Purchases must:
come through your Affiliate Link,
not originate from existing customers, affiliates, or employees,
comply with our Terms of Use,
not be fraudulent, refunded, or chargebacked.

8. PAYOUT INFORMATION
8.1 Payments are issued twice per month, within 7 days after the 15th and last day of each month.
8.2 Minimum payout threshold: $200 USD. Earnings below this amount roll over to the next cycle.
8.3 Payments are available via wire transfer or USDT (ERC20).
8.4 You are responsible for providing accurate banking or wallet details. We are not liable for errors in payout information provided by you.
8.5 All payments are exclusive of VAT. Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. REPORTS
You may log into your account to review performance reports. Figures shown are preliminary until validated.

10. TERM, TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Termination forfeits unpaid earnings generated in violation of this Agreement.
Provisions relating to intellectual property, compliance, indemnification, and limitation of liability survive termination.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All DesireCast and DesireCash trademarks, service marks, logos, content, and software remain the property of the Company.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved Company materials for promotion.
Unauthorized or misleading use of Company IP is grounds for termination.

12. MODIFICATION
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on www.desire.cash. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

13. RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship.

14. COMPLIANCE & OBLIGATIONS
You must comply with applicable laws, including GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and FTC disclosure rules.
You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly in all promotions.
You must not promote on illegal or non-compliant platforms.

15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LumineCore Limited from any claims arising out of your participation in the Affiliate Program, your promotional activities, or breach of this Agreement.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability to you is limited to a maximum of $100 USD, regardless of claim.

17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
